At Hello Baroda, we strive to provide high-quality media and news services. Since our services involve digital content creation, event coverage, and advertising space, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Advertising & Sponsorships: Clients may request to cancel an advertisement or sponsorship deal up to 48 hours before the scheduled publishing or event date.
Event Coverage: Cancellation requests for live event coverage must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued if Hello Baroda is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to technical failure or internal reasons.
Partial Refunds: If a cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe (as per Section 1), a partial refund may be issued after deducting a 10% processing fee.
No Refunds: No refunds will be provided once the digital content (news post, video, or podcast) has been published or if the event coverage has already commenced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
